All of them have an open-air bath in a high-quality and elegant space.

All rooms have premium bedding made by Iwata,a long-established company in Kyoto established in 1830, the first year of Tempo,
(Iwata's mattresses are firm).
Towels are made of the world's finest cotton, the "Jewel of Fibers," and are made of British Royal Warrant Sea Island Cotton.

The hot spring used in the open-air baths in each room is a sodium chloride spring.
It is said to have the highest concentration of 33800 ppm sodium chloride spring water in Atami.

With one room per floor, you can enjoy a stay that is one rank higher with spacious and private rooms.

All rooms have their own dining rooms.
