※The reservation center is open from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Thursdays and from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. from Fridays to Sundays.
The Reservation Center is closed on days other than the above.
Please contact us by phone or e-mail during business hours on business days.

※All of our buildings are closed on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

A We are sorry, but the minimum age requirement is junior high school students.

A No buffet for both dinner and breakfast.

We offer Japanese cuisine(Washoku).

Guests staying in Sanga Kihin Kan will be served in the dining room next to the room.

Sanga Kihin Kan[Yama] is a tatami room with table and chair seating in the tea ceremony room Rikyu.
Table and chair seating is available in the living room upon request.

For Sanga Kihin Kan Superior_Room [Aoi], we will prepare your meal in the dining room next to the room.
Table and chair seating is available, and there is a door at the entrance to create a completely private space.

For Sanga Kihin Kan Superior_Room [Umi], we will prepare your meal in the special dining room next to the room.
Table and chair seating is available. There is no door at the entrance.

※Here are some points.
There is only one room per floor in Sanga Kihin Kan.
Once you get off the elevator on each floor, you are already in your own private space.
No other guests are allowed to enter except our staff.
It is a completely private space.

A The dinner will be served in a private room of the restaurant

Take the elevator down to the 1st floor, pass through the lobby, and enter Sanga Kihin Kan.There is an entrance to the private dining "Fuka".
It is a private room with with Hori-gotatsu (a low table with electric heating), Zataku (a Japanese low table), and high chairs.

A All 7 rooms have a spectacular view of Sagami Bay.

All 7 rooms have an open-air bath on the terrace with hot spring water,which is said to be the most concentrated in Atami.

Sanga Kihin Kan ,Presidential_Suite[Yama], 　
Sanga Main Building[Tsuki] [Mine]　
are rooms with beds.

A Yes, we have.

Sanga Kihin Kan, Superior_Room [Aoi] and [Umi] have futons laid out on the tatami mats in the main bedrooms.
Sanga Main Building [Nagisa] and [Hana], futons are laid on a frame about 10 cm high.

A Smoking is not permitted in the hotel, including in guest rooms.

Please use the terrace of your room, the terrace of the private dining [Fuka], the bar, or the terrace in the lobby.

A All 7 rooms have an open-air bath on the terrace of each room, which is said to be the most concentrated hot spring in Atami.

Sanga Kihin Kan has a hinoki cypress bath.
The bathtubs in Sanga Main Building [Tsuki] and [Mine] are made of Izu-ishi stone, and those in Sanga Main Building [Nagisa]and [Hana] are made of Shigaraki-yaki.

The hinoki cypress baths in Sanga Kihin Kan are spacious enough for two people.

You can use it anytime during your stay.

※The bath is heated due to the low temperature of the source. For hygienic reasons, the baths are sterilized by circulating chlorine.

A There are 4 parking spaces in front of the main entrance and a second parking space is a short distance away.

There is no roof over either car park.

Parking is free of charge.

Please let us know the type and color of your car in advance.

Only 4 cars can park in front of the main entrance.
This parking lot is reserved for VIP guests staying at Presidential_Suite[Yama], Superior_Room[Ao] and [Umi].
No valet service is available.
Hotel staffs will not be responsible for any accidents.
We appreciate your understanding. 

The second parking lot is available for guests staying
at Sanga Main Building ([Tsuki], [Mine], [Nagisa], [Hana]).
Please stop brifely in front of the main entrance once to have the passengers get off the car.
We will guide you to the second parking lot.

We do not provide valet service
in order to prevent any accidents.
We appreciate your understanding.

We have only one charging spot for electric vehicles that is compatible
with Tesla at the back of the hotel.
Please make sure to reserve the spot.
For non-Tesla guests must bring their charging cable. (The hotel does not provide charging cables.)

A There is a bar on the first floor of Sanga Main Building.

We are open from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

A There are no stores.

If you need anything, please ask the staff in charge of your room.
We will be happy to assist you.

A There are no vending machines.

Beverages in your room refrigerator are free of charge.
